I just wanted to let everyone know, I came through the surgery great, Dr. Lambert said that everything went & looked great. I have had a great recovery...the first day was pretty rough, but walk,walk,walk & that will help!! I truly was blessed with a wonderful surgeon, staff & hospital to have my procedure done. And thank you to each any everyone of you that held me in your prayers, the first afternoon God made His presence very known to me and I feel very special to have been in His care. I am now in the beginning of my new life and so far everything has gone great. Once again, I cannot say enough for Dr. Lambert, Bette, Gerri, the nurses at White River Medical Center PCU unit each of you where totally awesome!! Thanks for your most precius care!

Just thought I would let everyone know what is going on! I spoke to Melinda's mom and she came through the surgery fine. They were able to do the laproscopic RNY. For anyone interested she is in room 334 at White River Medical Center in Batesville, AR. I will post more at another time if need be, but hopefully she will be able to do the next one herself.

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Melinda WOW!your day is almost here! I know you are going through a whirlwind of emotions about now as the day draws nearer...... I can still remember them and I am here to tell you they are NORMAL.... so hang in there soon you will be on the losing side enjoying the positives of WLS.
