"Well, today was my inital consult. Dr. Nigh is such a nice person. He answered my 39 questions (LOL) and didn't even look at his watch the entire time. He was VERY knowledgable, kind, and explained things to me at my level. He strongly emphasizes the aftercare program (which is very thorough) and covered each area of the risk factors. Prior to meeting him, I researched former patients of his and his creditials. Needless to say, they're VERY impressive and his patients report the same. My only complaint (which is minimal) was that each department seemed very separate from one another. (IE: information obtained on the inital stuff wasn't forwarded to the other departments.) Also, they failed to inform me of a cost (out of pocket) at this initial appointment...and I was under the impression that everything was being billed to my insurance. (Fortunately I had some money.)Otherwise, good experience. I'll keep you posted on things."
