"The surgeon seemed very nice. I was a little put off by the amount of people that they were herding through the office. I spent a total of about 5 minutes talking to doctor, since he had so many other people to see. I drove 5 hours to meet with him. I think if I would have known what to expect, I would not have been so disappointed. Since it was a free consultation, they probably just try to initially meet interested parties. Hopefully in the future after my insurance has approved surgery, more one on one time will be spent discussing process. "
