"Preop 5/22/00 (First Impressions) Dr. Smith is one of the first doctors that I felt at ease with from the first moment (I generally don't like doctors but my family doctor, Dr. Charles Holt and now doctor Smith have broken the old mold I had on doctors). He was very understanding and seemed to know exactly what I had in mind, in the way of questions. Preop 6/16/00 (second Impressions) Having a little trouble with the staff, they didn't call my insurance company for precertification and because of that little oversite they sent my records to the wrong location causing an additional 4 week delay. Preop 7/27/00 (Third Impressions) Went to Dr. Smiths office today for the preop class and after meeting more of the staff under less stressfull circumstances I am once again impressed. (aren't I the fickle one)"
