I am now 21 days post-op and have lost 26 pounds. I am beginning to get the energy back and am able to tolerate most foods, still staying with the soft stuff for now, or chicken VERY WELL CHEWED. Have no regrets whatsoever about the surgery and would do it again in a minute. I still have a gastrostomy tube that I can't wait to have out on April 2, but its no inconvenience really. Wish I was back at work but at this time I have no job to return to - have been out turning in resumes and am still hopefull.

Tina; I hope all goes smoothly for you tomorrow... I am sending a prayer heaven bound that God will guide Dr. Todd's hands and give him wisdom and a sense of clarity as he performs your surgery! I in the "considering" stage... and keeping my eye on Dr. Todd as an option... I live in North Pole. Good Luck and God Bless!

Well DreamWeaver...Your dream is finally coming true. After months of aggravation dealing with insurance your surgery is just two days away. Congratulations. Tina, best wishes for your surgery this week. I had mine about three months ago, and have never had a single regret.
