Hi Jeanne, I would say don't be nervous but, heck, I was nervous! Of course it was for nothing (though I probably burned a few more calories) since my surgery was flawless. I thought the week before surgery was harder than the week after just because of the unknown (at least it was for me.) Keep it positive; that means having only positive people around you. Best of luck and I hope all your health and weight-loss dreams come true...
