Support needed here!!!! From the sounds of things, A.S. has hit a plateau and is feeling discouraged. Could you please send her a message of encouragement. I have not had surgery yet but from what I know from reading this website and the people that I know who have had surgery you do get on these plateaus and then all of a sudden - BOOM!!! - away with the lbs. A.S., Thank you!! I found the information on your profile very helpful! I meet with Dr. S. on June 04. I went to the support group meeting on May 11 with my sister and am going to try to go to the May 28th meeting with my husband. Congrads on your weight loss and the wonderful grades you made! The YMCA in JC has swim aerobic and the pool on post is suppose to start offering them. Have a wonderful day. Kim
