Angel duty...update on Lynn Schrock. I posted early this morning before I left for work that Lynn was to report for surgery at 8:30 am. I just spoke with her friend, Molly, who accompanied her. Well, there were some emergencies and Lynn didn't get taken back for surgery until 1:00! (What a long time to sit, you know she was hungry, and I'm sure she was sitting there thinking "What in the HECK am I going?!" So they finally took her back for surgery and Molly said Lynn is doing fine right now. She's in recovery and will be for the next couple hours. The surgeon ended up having to do open instead of lap. Molly said he tried his best to do the lap for an hour and decided to go with the open. So at least we know she's okay, crossed over to the other side, having a re-birthday today! Molly's gonna call me back this evening once Lynn gets settled into a room and I'll post again. In the meantime, feel free to click over to Lynn's page and show some encouragement. Thanks, family. Lynn, I'm so proud of you! The worst part of your journey is now officially behind you. I'm still praying for you.

Good morning AMOS family. Before I dash out the door to work, I wanted to take a moment to remind everyone that today is Lynn Schrock's surgery date! She's reporting in at 8:30, so please say a prayer for her. Also, click over to her page if you will to wish her the best. Her friend, Molly, will be in touch me with to let me know Lynn's progress, and when I get home from work, I'll get on her and post what I know.
