hi everyone well its almost 7 months since i had wls and im down 104 pounds since aug 12 and having fun with the weight loss everyday..i get greedy i want more lol.i just had my ligament fix on my knee so i can walk more,i do miss having buger king but my weight loss is more important to me so i stay away for it and i dont eat sweets,im on a low fat diet and high protein and its not bad at all. well thats it for now talk soon sharon

morning everyone well it been 3 months now im feeling wonderful .i have lossed a total of 64 pounds and my clothes are big..i do feel so much better,also i do 1/2 hr a day on the threadmill before i couldnt do 5 mins but now wow!!i still cannot eat breads i get very sick but i realy dont miss it..chicken is a problem also but everything else is fine.well thats all for now i will post more at 5 months mark thats after xmas!!wow time goes by fast well happy thanksgiving sharon

im home ya..it took 5hours they told my husband my gullblatter was realy bad and i had a stone.poor nick was going nuts. new eng.med kept him infomed in the wating room.woke up with back pain boy did it hurt.the 1st day had a problem with the morphine so they changed it.felt a little better.idid have pain and still due but not as bad..wish i could sleep on my side..well thats it for now i will post more later.and thank you all for the get well cards . sharon

oh thank you all very much for all the kind words..oh boy i tell you im getting a little nevouse as time gets closer.im schedualed for 12'30 pm.so i get more time with my kids and husband..im excited also i want to lose weight and its realy going to happen in time..its almost like xmas.well have to go last min things like shaving legs lol..i will post as soon as i get home with my experiance.. thank you again sharon
