12/24/03 Ok, this is Christmas a time for giving, shopping, cooking, baking, eating, and you guessed it "GAINING WEIGHT" This is my first Christmas in all of my 32 years I haven't gained weight. Yesterday I was talking to my "Partner in Crime" Pennee and I was telling her how I hadn't lost any weight, but atleast I didnt gain. Just for kicks I weighed myself this morning... drum roll please...I lost 4 pounds! At Christmas! It'll be 11 months since my surgery and Im still amazed at every corner I turn. For those looking into surgery, you'll never regret it. Those that are getting ready for surgery, Congrats! you're gonna feel so much better; and for those waiting for approval, hang in there it's right around the corner. Blessing to everyone and thanks for all the support I've received on this site. I've been here a year now, Seems like yesterday I click on the first footstep into my journey.

Koni, I want to tell you again how very very very sorry I am that I let you down as your Angel. I only pulled through half way for you. I was admitted to the hospital by Dr C the day you got out.. It was not surgery related.. Dr C is wonderful right? Hugs and again, I AM SOOOO SORRY !
