Tamra,I work rotating shifts, one week days, one week afternoons and then one week midnights. I have constant jet lag. I too have trouble sleeping and waking up after only 1 hour and unable to sleep until I have to get up to go to work. But I have found that taking calcium helps alot. I take OS-cal twice a day.
