Hello Eileen - It's perfectly normal to be nervous right before our surgery. It's that built in "caution" mechanism that we were all born with. You're going to be FINE and you have to believe in yourself, your decision and your doctor.  Soon, you'll be updating us, telling us it went just fine and how happy you are to be on this path to your new life. The week before my surgery I was on a natural high, almost a euphoric state of mind. I couldn't believe I was getting that "second" chance ...to LIVE life again. I wish you all the success and happiness that comes with being healthier and thinner. Sure, there can be a few challenges along the way, but no worse then sitting on the sidelines - confined by our overweight shells. You're about to break free, enjoy and embrace all the wonderful "moments" that come with this journey. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers for a successful and uneventful surgery. <i>"To grow, you must be willing to let your present and future be totally <u>unlike</u> your past. Your history is not your destiny." </i>.....Hugs and Smiles : )

I wish you enough sun to keep your attitude bright. I wish you enough rain to appreciate the sun more. I wish you enough happiness to keep your spirit alive. I wish you enough pain so that the smallest joys in life appear much bigger. I wish you enough gain to satisfy your wanting. I wish you enough loss to appreciate all that you possess. I wish you a speedy recovery and a welcome to the losing side Eileen!!!
