"My first visit with Dr. Ku was 5/13/03. My first impression of him is that he is a very wonderful surgeon! I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge of the procedure. He was very open with me about how many operations he has performed and his "track record." He is very kind and really seems to care about his patients. Before talking to Dr. Ku, I consulted with the Physician's assistant, Hileen Lloyd who works with him and just loved her! She is such a motivator and also seems to have my best interests in mind. They both stressed the importance of aftercare and diet and exercise. We only briefly touched on the risks of the surgery because it is all discussed a great deal in the mandatory information seminar and even with the nutritionist, Janelle McCloud who is also wonderful! She is very sweet and cheerfully answers all questions. Overall, so far, I would give them all a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10. And that is because we are all only human and I believe only God himself could be a 10 in anything."
