Hi all....surgery went well. I am off all diabetic medicine. I am overwhelmed by the power of this surgery. I am home from the hospital and on protein. I am sore but that will pass. Thank you for all your emails and support. I am so pleased with the progress so far. God is so good.

In all things Remember,that the one above loves you,that He holds us all in his loving arms,He knows each of us by name.He said anything you ask for in "my name" will be given to you.So in His name I pray for you,that you be given strength, endurance,love,peace and most of all long life.In Jesus' name. When you wake up and see the faces of your loved ones in the recovery room,know that you have made it.Thank Him,Know that you have been blessed to see and to live out the rest of your days with the ones you love and the ones who love you.....Knowing that He loves you too. Surgery is tomorrow. I am excited to be going on the losing side. Today I am eating soft foods in preparation of surgery. Thank you to all your well wishes on my surgery page. I will give an update once I am home from the hospital.. ta ta for now.

This is only the beginning of a wonderful treasure hunt. You ask me what is this great treasure? "Will it make me happy?" You ask. Oh, let me tell you it is something so wonderful and will be better than you have ever dreamed of. "What is it you ask?" It is the new healthier you.
