"I work with Dr. Canady and so I knew him before I made this decision. He was very thorough and answered all my questions although I did write them all down and just went thru them. But I was already familiar with the surgery as my sister and my neice both have had it done by Dr. Canady. My sister in October 2002 and my neice in September 2002. Both doing well. The staff was very nice. I wanted information before they were ready to give it to me but other than that I have no complaints. He didn't emphasize the aftercare but one of the staff did. He explained that he won't do the surgery on someone that he feels is a health risk. As he put it "he has to be able to sleep with himself". I would rate him excellent and would not want any other doctor doing the surgery. "
