I'm 6 weeks post op. Down 28 pounds and received my first adjusment today. I am feeling good. Looking forward to my 30th High School class reunion. I'm going to a garage sale tomorrow of someone who has had the surgery last year. I'm excited to be able to wear clothes smaller than 5X. Life is good.

I'm four weeks post op. Everything has gotten back to just about normal. Looking forward to being able to do some exercises. Also looking forward to needing to buy new clothes. My baggy stuff I always wear will be worn for quite a while longer. This was the best thing I could have done for myself. The future is bright for all of us that have gone through this. 4-9-03 First post-op office visit went well. I am down 25 pounds and I am going back to work tomorrow. This is the first time I have been under 300 pounds in many years. I am learning what to eat. The fact is that there is so little food to worry about and there is very little hunger that I have to remind myself to eat. What a wonderful feeling.
