his staff was wondrful. The girls were all great the day of my consult. Becky took time to check all my meds and Fran was extremely sensitive when doing her interview and Lisa was a agreat help when it was her turn to tell me about the scheduling.
Everyone made me feel like I mattered and that meant a great deal to me ater living alot of my life as an invisable person. You know how fat people are treated.
Everything was expalined from risks to aftercare and I know that Dr. Cook came to me with some excellent references from his peers. His kind and gentle nature just made the experinece that much easier on me.
