"I felt that the nurses were understaffed and unable to keep up with all of the patients assigned to them. They let my epidural run out on Thursday and it took them more than 2 hours after I first notified them that it was out to come in the room and do anything about it. I was very upset. My roommate was a cancer/surgery patient and at times she would have at least 15 visitors on her side of the room, laughing, chattering. I know I couldn't get any rest so I can imagine that she was also unable to rest either. The staff wasn't very assertive in making sure that the "2 visitors per patient" rule was followed at all. I was very disappointment in the care that I received while I was there. "
