"First impressions definately make a difference. My first impression of Dr. Jones was of complete compassion. Upon my initial consultation, I was confident that I had made the right choice! Dr. Jones was extremely compassionate and understanding to all my questions and concerns. My husband was apprehensive and had many questions regarding the surgery. My husband is Mexican, and in order to make things much simpler....Dr. Jones had a consultation with him and explained everything in Spanish. (Dr. Jones is originally from Mexico). I must say, she is petite and has small hands. This is a plus! My incision is so small. Just big enough to get her little hands in and do the job. Her husband is awesome as well. The office staff, I cannot say enough about them. They are always there with a listening ear and try to help as much as possible. Of course, when I had my surgery back in July of 1999, it was not as well known surgery. The clientel has certainly increased over the years! Now days her office is a bit crowded and time is of the essence. One of the most impressive things I like about Dr. Jones is she has an open ear and to date....if I have a question, concern, or just want to make an appointment to say, "hey look at me!" She is always there with compliments and a pretty smile. Any and all of you who are considering this surgical tool and looking for a surgeon...Dr. Rosie is the best! I have recommended and commended her on SEVERAL OCCASIONS! She is completely honest and upfront with you. Dr. Jones does not beat around the bush. If she does not think that you are a good candidate for this surgery...she will tell you straight up. She is very competent and has a wonderful bedside manner. I would rate her overall 10+. THANK YOU DR. JONES for giving me the TOOL to lose weight, boost my self confidence and esteem. YOU ARE WONDERFUL. HATS OFF! "
