"I first went to see Dr. Haigh on 5-2-01. She explained everything about the surgery. She is very nice and understanding. She gave me a book on the surgery, asked me to read it, be sure that this is what I want to do, and come back in a week. Well, this is what I want to do, so I went back 5-8-01. She was impressed with everything I knew about the surgery so she went ahead and scheduled it for 6-4-01! She was good about answering my questions and I feel confident that she will do a good surgery for me. My life depends on it."
