Chrissy, sorry to hear you've plateaud already. Have you been eating foods high in protein at the beginning of each meal and really watching not to eat too many grams of carbohydrate (of any kind) at one time? Are you drinking at least 64 ounces of water per day (more if you can)? And are you walking at least once a day at a somewhat brisk pace? These things should get you kickstarted again!
