Hi all. I talked to Heather yesterday and she had just gotten home from going to see Dr. Nye. He took out her staples but left her drain tube. She sounded like she was very tired but he had just started her on full liquids so she was very happy about that and her DH was on his way to Walmart as we spoke to get her requested items. She was in good spirits and keeping a good positive attitude. I'm very proud of her. Remember Heather-- little baby steps!! Laura

Hi All ,it's me. Heather. I am finally home and feeling ok. I just wanted to thank everyone who has written me and come to visit me in the hospital. You guys are awsome support. My angel laura, who I just can't thank enough, printed out all of your wondeful letters for me and it was great. She has been the greatest angel in the whole world and I can't wait to be her's. Her surgery is Oct. 10th with Dr. nye. Anyway, I will right soon with more detail about everythin that has happened but for right now let me just tell you what Laura keeps telling me, baby steps. I get very tired very quick but everything is going great. Heather Taylor

Heather's HOME!! She has done so great. I'm very proud of her and I know her husband is too. She was sleeping when I called today but I talked to her daughter and she said that she was ok, still had the drainage tube, but was in good spirits. I'm sure Heather will be back on here updating you with her progress very soon!! Your finally there Heather....on the OTHER side! Love ya lots. Laura

Just a quick note to let you all know that Heather developed a fever yesterday. Dr. Nye kept her one more night. She has also started having more drainage in her tube. She is feeling very anxious about this. Please, Please all you postops, please send her positive thoughts and let her know that you are thinking of her. She was feeling very down last night when I left the hospital. I'll update more tonight after I see her. Laura

hi heather! Im so glad to hear you are doing so well! Im so excited for you!
