"Major Problem: The system of--You must call your Insurance company and get authorization Numbers, expiration date, and other info. When I couldn't find it, the dark haired office girl led me to a room and gave me a phone. I spent thirty minutes trying to get through the Insurance company's system. In the end, a beaughtiful Blonde assisted me with getting things taken care of. Honestly, isn't that what we pay them to do, deal with getting the check? I thought that was really unprofessional."

"Dr. Geller presents himself as knowledgeble, efficent, and professional. I was told that Dr. Shina assist him in surgery, and Dr. Shina is very knowledgeble, professional, up front with the facts, demanding on the diet. They presented an efficent health care program for Bariatric Patients. I have faith in God, and I believe both men are capable of being able to perform the surgery. Both were kind, laughed, and answered questions in depth, even went over on the alloted time that they had, and the Nurses had to remind them. WHAT SHOULD YOU KNOW ABOUT HIM? He's not smart, he's intelligent, so Rest assured, you're in good hands. Love the in depth knowledge, his explanations, and his dedication to make you understand the depth of this procedure. OFFICE STAFF- Seemed caring, professional and willing to assist you. Overall, not a bad team. Overall Rating: 10 out of 10. Nothing like having a surgeon who knows his job. Which is better, Surgical Competence, bedside manner, or both? The Surgeon should be Surgically Competent. If he can perform your surgery correctly, advise you of how to care for yourself following surgery, then he has completed his job. "
