The PAIN of it all the biggest pain was in my back from like a in my back. the pain of the surgury was not so bad. I have been exercizing and I feel good

WOW 36 hour to go. I wanted Grandma's pot roast for my last meal, it turned out to be honey baked ham. am i nervous yea kindof but mostly just want to get onto the other side of the surgury. get it over with and lets enjoy the new skinny me. LETS GO SKYDIVE!! Buieskies John

Hi John, I'd say don't be nervous but, heck, I was! Of course it was for nothing (except I burned a few extra calories) because my surgery went fine. The surgery itself is way down there in my book of the hardest things I've ever done but waiting for my surgery day is way up there at the top. In fact, the week before surgery was much harder than the week after. For me anyway. After surgery I had soreness more than pain. My back hurt more than my incision (go figure). Remember to keep it positive. That means only positive people around you. The negative people are ill-informed and will just sap you of your confidence. I have some Zen Wisdom for you - Nothing exists but momentarily...One thing flows into another...observe things as they are, let everything go as it goes. This is to put everything under control in its widest sense. May God keep you close to his side as you travel your new journey. You will experience ups and downs. Just remember that we, your AMOS family, will always be here for you. We will offer support and encouragement. You will find this to be the best thing you could ever have done for yourself as well as your family. I know that I did. Keep us posted when you reach the "other" side. Hi John! Big congratulations on your surgery date! I bet you are so excited! Just hang in there and try to be patient! Don’t worry if you are nervous, scared, excited or go through a thousand of different emotions. This is all normal, so go with the flow! hello all NEW surgury date 04/13/2004. I was taken off of the surgury because of a false alarm. I am ready for this surgury. Thanks for you help.

SURGURY GOT CANCELLED! damn!!! they found an problem in the small intestine. I had a camara endocospy. I swallowed a camera and it took pictures and found a small problem.
