Well, I called the hospital again. They said that they sedated Sue today to try and put a scope down into her lungs. She was coughing alot during that though and they weren't able to finish. She is still on the ventilator. Today she has a fever too. They said that because she was coughing so much, her surgery sight is oozing now a little. I sure wish she would get better ! Keep praying and I will post again soon.

I talked to the hopsital again. They said that Sue's surgery stuff is doing great, but its her lungs that are still a small problem. One nurse that I talked to anticipated that she will be in ICU for a couple more days. I sure can't wait until I can talk to her on the phone !

I called the hospital and talked to Sue's nurse. They said she was a little bummed out because things didn't go how she expected. SO.....they let me talk to her ! The nurse held a phone up to her ear so I could talk to her and then Sue wrote back what she wanted to tell me and the nurse read it to me. Sue said she will be okay. It was really great to talk to her. I think it made us both feel a bit better.

Sue is still on the ventilator. The nurses said she has a lot of stuff in her lungs so they are keeping her in the ICU. I will call yet tonight and see if there was any change.
