"have not met dr. gleysteen yet. but have spoke with barbara, his office staff. she is MOST helpful, patient, funny, and understanding. initial appointment is made for january 11 2002, when bc/bs insurance becomes effective. 01-11-02~~met dr. gleysteen today and was very impressed with him. he treated me wiath dignity, did not rush through our appointment, answered all questions honestly and did not sugar-coat the facts. i appreciate that greatly. his expertise makes me very comfortable also. i was also glad to know he is beginning to do the lap surgery, as this is what i want so badly if i am a good candidate. overall, i am very pleased with my first visit. "
