She spent an hour with me explaining the surgery and making sure I understood exactly what I was taking on.
She has a very structured aftercare program which I feel will be a life long benefit for me.
I was asked to take a written test when I arrived at the office which covered just how much I knew or didn't know about the surgery.
When I left her office I felt that we had covered all aspects of the surgery and I had a full understanding.
