"*12/11/00* I met with him today for the first time. He is the nicest and sweetest doctor I have ever met. He answered every question I had and I never felt rushed with him like other doctors. He explained everthing to me, like what would happen pre-op and post-op and long term. He also told me stories about several of his other patients and what happened with their surgeries. He sat with me for about an hour explaining everything. He told me what the insurance company likes to have for their criteria and I already had it all together and printed out, so I just gave them copies to include in my referral.I will write more when I hear back from them."
