"I met with Dr. Capps at the Bariatric Treatment Center on November 9, 2001. I felt very comfortable discussing WLS with Dr. Capps and his staff. I didn't find him condescending or patronizing, which I've experienced with other doctors. He is very down to earth and personable. He took his time discussing the procedure and the outcome with me. He was open and responsive to my questions and concerns. The rest of the staff at the Wylie BTC were very approachable, courteous, and made me feel at ease. My only suggestion is that they provide a table with chairs for completing all the paperwork that's required. My overall decision to pursue the BTC is because this is what they specialize in. I feel like they'll be better equipped facility-wise and mentally to accommodate me."
