Dear Angie.........I'm sorry that Kaiser is being such a pain and they don't take patients feelings into consideration. HANG IN THERE! You've traveled very far and don't let anyone or thing stop you. Here is something I just thought of! If that lady went home without giving surgery dates then those same dates remain empty and will be there for you next meeting and surgery-wise you are not being set back. They are just being very sloppy and should understand how hurtful it is when you are expecting to know your date then have another month waiting to learn it. I wish you all the very best on your weight loss journey, Angie. You are in my prayers. God bless! :)
