"The nursing staff was wonderful on 7 North! They were very caring and wonderful to me. I had a few intense moments in during my stay and they were right there to encourage me and help me through. If you have the opportunity to stay on 7 North, I certainly hope that Nellie will be your nurse. She is a true doll!

"I met with Dr. Jones for the first time after waiting 7 mos for my consultation, on Jan. 9. He was very professional, straightforward, thorough about the procedures, recommendations and expectations. He is definitely all business, but then again, I only met him that one time so far. I will see him again tonight in fact, when I go to an informational seminar. His office staff are very, very nice. The insurance person, David Morris, is super as well as his lead bariatric nurse, Lois. I feel that the whole staff shows a strong sense of competence, compassion, and willingness to do what is best for the patient. I am currently awaiting insurance approval to get my surgery date. "
