"Dr.Cook is a very nice man. I have seen him one time. He answered every question I had and then some. His staff seems to be very nice on the phone. Joyce Vail is so pleasant to talk with and she always returns your calls. Becky the nutritionalist is very nice also.Carol the Insurance lady in Dr.Cook's office is awesome.She really seems to care I know I have bugged her almost everyday or every other day,And she never seems to mind.She returns ALL of my calls. She is just GREAT!"
