Hey Brenda! I am in So. Calif. 3 wks. post-op, and your diet sounds great to me, I am eating pretty much on the same lines you are, and only walking 1 or 2 blocks each evening. It is still very warm where I live in Ca. so I wait until dusk to walk. I am doing canned chicken, tuna in water, etc. sf jello,popsicles just as you are, and also baked or mashed potatoes. Even a few Ritz crackers with tuna now and then. Also doing very thin sliced chicken or turkey lunchmeat (deli-sliced) and cottage cheese ; so I think you are fine- I see nothing wrong with what you are doing actually. Perhaps you sit all day at your work, and that may slow the weight loss down a bit?? But, sounds to me as if you are on target, so don't worry, and don't weigh too often, I'm only weighing once a month from now on. God Bless,
