Kim- I read your post today about your husband not sure about this surgery...Here is my male point of view. You need to tell him all the ways this will improve you and your marriage and reinforce them even if they seem obvious to you He will like the attention as well as your point of view. Second the insurance companiee are making this harder and harder everyday and if you don't step up today you might loose your chance at a new thinner and healthier you. Don't Delay..Look at the Michigan Mesasage board in regard to BC/BS insurance and see how they are changing their coverage as of NOV 1 you and I are both scheduled in OCT so stay the course and spend some quality time giving your husband your inner most thoughts and hopes for this surgery and reassure him he is in the picture for the long run and I'm sure he will relax, I would!!!! Best of LUCK, I hope this dosen't come off like a lecture it is not meant that way just an honest heart felt response- See you on the LOOSER SIDE!!!

Tomorrow I am having a bunch of my pre-op tests and I am a little nervous. Not sure why. Just am. : ) I have been feeling pretty emotional lately I have about a month left before my surgery and I go from being excited to nervous and a little afraid. Next week I see the Nutritionist and I am also planning on going to a support group meeting. I am hoping that will help with some of my fears.
