"The hospital stay was great. They handled everything in a timely matter. I had a problem with one nurse she made me cry but all the other nurses told me they would make up for her mistakes and they did. The pain meds were a joke morphine pump I didn't see how it helped but I wasn't in that much pain. Everything and everybody else was great and I enjoyed my stay"

"He was really nice. It was easy to talk to him. I hardly had any questions because he told me everything. The office staff was very nice. I am very shy around unfamiliar people but I felt very at ease with them. He didn't really talk much about aftercare since I am from Douglas he just said that urged me to find a support group in my home town to work with. He stressed the risks and the video was very informative. I didn't have to wait at all to get in to see him. I called because I got lost in traffic and was going to be about 10- 15 min late and they were so nice about it. ***** 5 stars :)."
