"Dr Glass was very informative and personable. He smiles a lot and I like that. He is adament about follow up and post-op support and explained everything very thoroughly..he also asks a lot of questions. I also had a lot. I think the best tool you have when you are exploring surgery is to research ALL aspects. It is not a cake walk. The staff was very nice but there was one lady who, while she wasn't mean, certainly wasn't extremely helpful either. This woman does not work for Dr Glass...she works in St V's Bariatric Center in the office. She is the one that told me I had to have a psych evaluation done prior to anything else. I had questions and she seemed evasive. Dr Glass has done surgery on two of my friends and he is very a very competent surgeon with a great personality. "
