I just realized that my BMI has went from a 63.5 to a 30.9!That blows my mind!I was over double the size I am now.It just blows my mind!!

Woohoo - congrats on your grand achievement - sure wish you would post about your diet/exercise regimen. It's great you kept losing after the 1 year mark and I for one, would enjoy reading more about it. :>)

Thats 20lbs away from my goal of losing 200lbs in two years... I weigh 190lbs now..

Two years ago,I weighed 370lbs.. I wore a 4x or a 5x.. I stayed at home all day and didnt work or do anything.Now, two years later..I weigh 190lbs, Im size 14,Im never at home and I work for a billion dollar company( FedEx Ground ).This has changed my life!! I have men ask me out everyday now,and for someone who never got asked out before I still think they are joking with me!!!Its hard to think back to a time where I was over 300lbs.You see a old picture and it makes you sad because you remember how that person was feeling inside(trapped)by your own body.I think God everyday for giving me another chance to live my life.I still have 40 or 50lbs to lose.I was 20lbs away from my two year goal weight of 200lbs. I think God for the 180lbs that I have lost in two years....
