"During my interview with Dr. Schlesinger, I was very impressed with him. Yes, he did explain as if he was reading from cue cards, but when I started to ask him questions, he was very informative and direct, He alerted me to all the possible problems, but also to what a good outcome could do for my life. I personally liked his approach. I dont need a surgeon to hold my hand and reassure me, I need a surgeon to be good at his job, surgery! I havent seen him again yet, but my pre-op appt. is this Thurs(Jan. 11) and surgery is on Jan. 19, so I will let you know more later. Well, 1 week post op now. If anyone is considering Dr, Schlesinger and The BTC, dont think again. You have the right team. They really care about you as an individual. Dr. Schlesinger is a true profrssional who does his job well. He is concerned only for the welfare of his patients, and a good bedside manner will never beat a truly skilled and compassionate surgeon."
