Hello! I've made it through! The surgeon is very happy with the way the surgery went. I had a lot of gas pain, but overall it was not too bad. I am doing alright on my liquids, though I can never seem to eat as much food as I am supposed to. Overall, I am getting better everyday. Thank you to all who left encouraging notes!

Thank you all for your uplifting comments! It's wonderful to know people will be hoping for me on Monday. It is 2 days to go and I am getting nervous. To answer Suzanne's question, it is TWO days of clear liquids AND laxitives. Ick. So no easter dinner for me! I'm not minding all that much, though, as the rewards seem pretty good. *grin*

Julie, its almost here. The day after Easter. Now tell me, do you have to be on clear liquids all of Easter Day? I think I would be having my Easter dinner on Saturday then!
