"Dr. Arnold is the best! In my initial consultation he explained everything about the surgery to me. He took time to answer all the questions I had. On most occaisions, the office staff was friendly and capable. On the day of surgery I was impressed at how everyone on the surgical team introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable.
