"My first impression of Dr. Von Rueden was that he was very kind, caring, and patient. He took a lot of time going over all of the information with me.
The only other people that I have been in contact with in his office are the receptionist (Cherie - a real sweetie) and the nutritionist (Sloane - very informative), and I found them both to be very helpful and pleasant to deal with.
The insurance coordinator (Carolyn - very nice) was very proficient, and I was approved after she submitted the first letter to the insurance company.
I am VERY pleased with the way that everything turned out!!! The hospital was great and my surgeon was excellent (he's definitely a 10). My surgery went very well, and I never experienced any real pain - just some soreness / discomfort. "
