Liquid Calcium - I've been taking liquid calcium for sevral days and my mouth is very sore....could the calcium be the cause?

Sugar...I won't deny it........... - I consume sugar in much smaller quantities but I find I'm completely satisfied with one small square of chocolate or one hard candy as opposed to 20 pieces :o) My body just says ok...

Odd NSV...but highly appreciated :o) - My insomnia is gone!! Maybe it's because I'm no longer packing in so much extra energy in the form of calories...who knows but I get a full nights sleep now and wake up feeling goo...

"Pop Chips" - I tried the sour cream and onion today with bean dip... sooo yummy and only 120 calories for 22 chips so I had a hald portion for a snack with 3 tbsp of bean dip mmmmmmmm!!!
