So this is my story and here it goes. I've been overweight for the last twelve years, I've tried everything under the sun to lose weight. I maintained a weight of about 230 for five years due to jazzercise, water aerobics, and other things. With work and life at home getting in the way, I put myself on the backburner. Thats when I packed on another thirty pounds. It seems so weird that for five years I fought gaining weight and when I gave up it only took a year to pack on thirty pounds..... It's not fair.
I've always had a weakness for things like soda (I love a good Dr.Pepper) and chocolate. I have three beautiful kids ages, sixteeen (son) eleven (daughter) and seven (daughter) and a great husband. So as you can guess I put them first and thought about me later. Which ended up being no time for workouts I was too exhausted and just wanted to go to sleep.
