Chloe's 1 year birthday
Jan 05, 2008
So, Chloe's birthday was actually December 20th of 2006. Check this out, I went around for about a good 2 weeks, telling everyone that my daughter's birthday was going to be on the 19th. Now, I told them this because in some way or another, I had managed to pin that date on my daughter, and it was funny because if someone doubted me or said: "oh I thought her birthday was 5 days before christmas".. I would always snap back "I know my daughter's birthday"! It took my mother, recalling the events of the delivery room, that I actually shut up for once and realized the mistake I'd been making... LOL...
Anyhoo, She was a bit scared of the candles at first, so we blew them out and she went to town on the cake once she figured it was actually something sweet. It's funny because I wanted to get her so many toys and my mother kept telling me no.. Man, she didn't touch any of the gifts that I bought for her, NOOO... She was interested in the paper towel roll.
And on top of all that.. She actually started walking right after we made the comment that she needed to be fully walking before the summer... So now she cannot be stopped. LOL..
