"My first impression is very possitive. I have spoke mainly by email with Rosella and she is very informative and helpful. She is always very quick to get back to me and answers my questions to the best she can. I have spoke once by phone - also very friendly and helpful. I'm so excited!! Can't wait to get there to meet them all in person. I have some issues with my heart and they insured me that there would be a cardiologist there if any problems were to arise. In fact, surgery is in Cardiomed - a heart hospital!! They had at first wanted me to come in October, but I was unable to make the arrangements for my daughters and they were very understanding and gave me a different surgery date! So, far I would rate them very positive. I am sure my good experience will continue!!!"
