Hi Amanda, I'm brand new on this site. I have my Medifast boxes sitting right now on my kitchen counter. I won't start the pre-op diet for another week and you are letting me in on what to expect. This sounds like the hardest part of the process, at least for me. I'll probably say something different after surgery. I'll keep you in my prayers.
