"I am very impressed with Dr. Capehart. She is very straightforward about the surgery and committment necessary to succeed. As a nurse, I appreciated the fact that she didn't talk down to me. If I can get the insurance approval, she is definitely the surgeon I want. Her office staff consists of one person. Linda was nice, polite, and professional the day I was in the office. I do have to say that once I received the denial, she has been less than helpful with the appeal process.It has been 100% my responsibility to obtain the information on how to appeal, what was necessary, get the documentation together and handle the submission. My expectations may have been to high based upon what I have read about others support from their physician's offices during this process."
