PRE Op -3/30 -DOWN 11 Pounds- Been on liquid protien shakes on March 17 & had 1 birthday
4/1 - 301 - all clear liquids Day b4 surgery (15 pounds post op)
4/2 - MONDAY - Date of RNY - A new begining....
4/4 - 315...WHAT! Home from hosp. all went well except from scratched cornea...still blurry in
right eye..pounds from those great IV fluids
4/5 - Home nurse just left I feel more confedent about changing dressings and drain made 1st post
op appt for April 11 - 11am to have drains removed. found great website:

4/6 -311, still not at lost op weight.grrrrr , however I am feeling and seeing a
little better. Yesterday I had 65 grams of protien and some soft tuna...Ohhh and no one
mentioned how tough it would be to take a shower and wash your hair with getting bandages wet
AND holding your drain...Yeesh - Forget about shaving for now...and my bandages are still
damp...I know I came home 2 days ago but I want to see it melt off already..taking pain
killers stink as well as not being able to pick up my babies...I told them I fell running so they
need to be careful with mommy...Does anyone know of a website that gives you the amount of
protiens in regular food...like avacados???
4/8 - 309....lots of pain on left side, need help walking...
4/9 - 306 - 1 Week Out - Somewhere between 5-10 am I stirred up a fever and an
infection....stinky PUSS in my drain! and lots of it 24ml mixed with clear blood and then after
20 mins approx 5ml after 20 oz of fluids...four hours later 20 ml of just puss..ewww anyway,
getting perscription for antibiotics and pain killers later on today should help.

The drain still has puss~not as bad or as much and the tube has less fluid in it as well.
24mL of puss mucusiod (puss with blood and body fluid which looked like fat)...Going to see my
Doc tomorrow, appt was to have drain removed, now at 2am theres also a lot less but looks
like dark purple in color and kinda thick...YUCK!, the pain however is on the left side.oppisite
the drain...weird!
4/11 - 303.1 All went well, the Drain came out, Doc said not to worry about the puss & pain was from
Drain being in the muscle by the ribcage...and it did hurt when he pulled it out but it took about a
minute or two..but feel better without having to worrry about the drain.
4/12 - 300.1 ...Wooo Hooo Back to pre op weight and it only took 9 days or a week and 2
days...but theres an extra pound or two in there Wooo hooo cant wait to keep going...
4/13 - 299.8 - 12 days post op - or 1 week/5 days.
4/14 - 298.8 - 13 days post op - or 1 week/6 days.
4/15 - 297.6 - 14 days post op - or 2 weeks. Going off pain meds today cold turkey -
Slept all day long
4/16 - 293.8 - 15 days post op - or 2 weeks/1 day. Still leaking from tupe on left.
Down 8.2 pounds since 4/2
4/17 - 292.4 - 15 days post op - or 2 weeks/2 days
4/18 - 290.0 - 16 days post op - or 2 weeks/3 days counting the 2 week pre op weight loss
its a total of 26 pounds down wooo hooo
4/19 - 289.8 - 17 days post op - or 2 weeks/4 days Down 26 pounds
4/20 - 288.8 - 18 days post op - or 2 weeks/5 days GETTING TIRED OF MUSHY FOODS
4/22 - 287.4 - 19 days post op - or 2 weeks/6 days
4/25 -283.8 - 3 weeks + 1 day down 32.2 pounds WOW...Also Ihave acold infection on antibiotics and cough med
4/26 -282.2 - 3 weeks + 2 day down 33.8 pounds
4/29 -281.8 - 3 weeks + 2 day down 34.2 pounds
5/6 - 281.0 after a week of a 7 pound gain for a week, it finally came off woo hooo, tomorrow will be 5 weeks
5/20 - 277.8 - Down 38.2 lbs
8/23 - 251.4 - Down 64.6 lbs Day 1 streignth training -
9/17 - 250.2 - Down 65.8 lbs Stall looks like it may have broke after 3 months...also started taking Green coffee bean and rasberry keytones (along with diet & working out - lets hope it kicks into full gear!)
9/25 - 244.8 - Down 71.2 Pounds - Looking good feeling good - Tired from running around from my job where I enjoy 2 muscle milk lights and a krogers yogurt and 6-12 almonds....dinner around 6-7 pm...Hopefully the scale will keep going down just as fast. I also am taking Green coffee bean and rasberry keytones 2 of each in the am and 2 of each before dinner
