Merry Christmas

Well folks today is my last day of work for a while. I will be having my DS on December 30th and will be off work for a while. I just wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
The nerves are starting to set in. I am nervous, excited, and happy. But I am also a little scared. I guess it is normal to be scared when you are are about to be put under and when you come out being a whole new person. How awesome is that.
But I also have the thoughts that what if I don't come out of surgery or what if something happens to me, how will my family take it? It is things like that, that scare the crap out of me. But I know that I am doing this to become a healthier person so that I might have a longer life than what I would if I didn't do it. I just ask that everyone keep me in their prayers and wish me luck.
