"My surgeon was actually Dr. Craig Flock, he was very funny and he understood how I felt and he was very informative. It was as if he was very excited for me even before I was. My impression of my doctor has never changed. I love him!!! I can actually say that Kisha the receptionist is a sweet heart. I can call and ask any questions I want and she stops what ever she is doing and finds the answer to my question. Also the nurses in Dr.C. Flock's office are great. The after care that the group offers is great they call you on a regular basis and remind you of what you are suppose to be achieving as far as your liquid intake. I would have to say that Dr. Flock is wonderful surgeon and he has very good bedside manners. I loved his care from the beginning of my experience with this adventure. "

"the hospital recovery room is great. the nuses are ontp of there game. but once you are admitted to a room in the actual hospital they are short staffed and you will not get the help or the service you need or ask for."
